If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the option to return your items within 30 days of receiving them. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be be met:

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and include all parts and original packaging.
  • Any signs of damage due to improper use will invalidate the return.
  • For hygiene-related products, items must be thoroughly cleaned before returning.
  • If the product was received defective, you may return it immediately.
  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns if we suspect the item has been used or damaged through no fault of our own.

How to Return Your Order

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

Send an email to support@evelyn-jewelry.com with your order details and reason for the return.

We will reply with the return instructions and the return address. Please do not return items to the sender address listed on your package, as they will not be processed.

Shipping costs for returning the product are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email about the status of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will automatically be credited to your original payment method within 14 days of our confirmation.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was received defective.
  • The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • Depending on the product purchased, you may be required to return the item to an international warehouse.
  • If your item arrives faulty or is not as described, Evelyn's Jewelry will send a replacement free of charge — no return is required. You are welcome to keep the original item.

Cancellations

Due to our fast processing times, cancellations are not possible once an order has been processed. If you no longer wish to receive your order, you may return it after delivery by following the standard return procedure outlined above.
